Workout Wednesday
Health: Eat breakfast by 8:30am
Fitness: Stairwell workout: step-ups, squats, dips, crunches 4x30 seconds (roughly a 12 minute workout)
Today I've got to do the fitness workout on my own, hopefully i remember what my co-worker showed us last week.
This morning we've also got a weight in, last week I lost one pound, we'll see what happens today.
