Health: Eat breakfast by 8:30am
Fitness: Stairwell workout: step-ups, squats, dips, crunches 4x30 seconds (roughly a 12 minute workout)
We are going to learn how to do the stairwell workout from a co-worker today!
We did our weigh in today. Clothes on, I went from 209 to 208. I need to step up my game. There's $100 on the line!
